Building the Future: WOER's Historical Path

1998

In June, the company's predecessor, Shenzhen WOER Heat Shrinkable Material Co., Ltd., was established, and the first product, heat shrinkable busbar tube, was launched.

1999

The full range of heat shrink tubing products went into production.

2000

Relocated to Tanglang Industrial Zone, Xili, Nanshan District, Shenzhen.

2001

Relocated to Xiliwoer Industrial Park, Nanshan District, Shenzhen.

2002

The first internationally most advanced electron accelerator was introduced; cable accessories, Teflon and dual-wall tubes were officially put into production.

2006

The 35kV continuous busbar tube was successfully developed and put into large-scale production, becoming the largest manufacturer of continuous busbar tubes in China, and high-voltage cable accessories were put into operation.

2007

Listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange, stock name: WOER Nuclear Materials,

2008

The third relocation was to WOER Industrial Park, Pingshan District, Shenzhen.

2016

Shenzhen WOER New Energy Co., Ltd. was established

Acquired Shenzhen Hualei Xuntuo Technology Co., Ltd.

2018

Acquired Changyuan Electronics (Group) Co., Ltd.

Shenzhen WOER Electric Technology Co., Ltd was established.
