The insulating cap is used on the bushing interface reserved or to seal the bushing without a T connector during the examination. As an affiliated component of the bushing, it provides fully insulated and shielded protection for electriferous bushing and anti-dust and moisture-proof protection to the de-energized bushing.

The insulating cap meets the design standards of EN50180&50181 or IEEE386. The high-quality EPDM rubber material not only achieves excellent electrical performance but also advantages in strong tear resistance, ozone resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and powerful mechanical strength.
The globally advanced three-layer injection technique effectively ensures outstanding boundary performance, avoids interlayer gaps and minimizes partial discharge.
Design of the inner and external screens optimizes the electric field structure and uniforms the exterior shielding layer, with grounding resistance of less than 5000Ω, so as to effectively keep the electric potential of the outer surface of the cable connector at zero to ensure the safety of the maintenance operator.
