WOER has a professional material research and development team of hundreds of people and owns its own material research and development laboratory.

Through the investigation and research of various types of insulation protection materials in the world, WOER continues to explore and make breakthroughs, and spares no effort in the research and development of insulation protection materials.

WOER has nearly 100 cable accessories technical engineers. With the completion of the construction of WOER's high-voltage laboratory and the efforts of WOER's technical engineers, WOER has begun mass production of 500kV cable accessories products and is sprinting towards the development of 750kV cable accessories products.
